Snow Software – “Seeing Beyond”

Making invisible waste visible – and turning visibility into action.

Snow Software needed a campaign platform that could reframe ITAM from a tactical function into strategic leadership. We created Seeing Beyond: an umbrella idea that connects macro-economic pressure with micro-level technology waste — positioning Snow as the partner that gives organisations the power to see what’s really happening across SaaS, cloud and ITAM… and act on it.

Project overview

In a market crowded with feature lists and familiar promises (“optimise spend”, “reduce sprawl”), Snow’s opportunity was to challenge the status quo: most of the biggest problems in IT are invisible – and that’s why they’re tolerated.

Seeing Beyond reframes Snow’s value as something leaders can immediately understand: visibility equals power. If you can truly see what’s happening — risk, waste, sprawl, leakage — you stop ignoring it and start governing it.

The platform was developed to work for two audiences at once:

    Snow sells visibility — which is hard to dramatise. So we made the invisible physical, using film concepts that literalise sprawl and waste in familiar office settings (clouds filling rooms, black holes behind doors, money being shredded in secret).

  3. Challenger messaging that provokes – without misleading

    The platform deliberately avoids overpromising (“end sprawl”) and instead empowers the audience with control, governance and action — provocative, but credible.
