We gave Visa a powerful sub-brand and refreshed digital experience to celebrate the vitality of UK towns.
‘Talk of the Town’ is Visa’s flagship initiative to understand and promote the vitality of towns across the UK. It celebrates the diverse mix of businesses and services that fuel local economies while encouraging the sharing of best practices nationwide.

Launched to great success, Talk of the Town quickly became an influential programme with MPs and civil servants. But as Visa expanded the dataset to include new 2024 insights, the platform needed a complete refresh – improving usability, updating the interface and making it simple for users to explore data across multiple years.
We designed a vibrant sub-brand and visual identity, giving Talk of the Town the presence it deserved. From an award-winning exhibition stand at the Conservative and Labour Party conferences to a mobile-first digital experience, we created a seamless, future-proof platform to showcase Visa’s insights and champion the stories of towns adapting to new challenges and opportunities.
