Bionic didn’t need a new name, just a stronger voice

Bionic had trust, traction and a clear purpose. But they needed to show up with more confidence and consistency across every channel, especially as they moved from partner brand to household name. Starting from what already worked, we gave the brand a sharper edge and broader reach without starting from scratch.

  1. Elevating the identity

    We refreshed the design system to give Bionic’s brand more energy and flexibility across formats. From colour to typography, the updates made the identity feel clearer, sharper and easier to apply at scale.

  2. Creating internal and external alignment

    We developed full toolkits across email, social and partner-facing assets to help the internal team roll out consistently and fast. We also supported the ATL campaign with everything from brand-ready templates to reactive copy frameworks.

  3. Extending the brand experience

    To reinforce the ‘Backbone’ campaign, we created a printed newspaper edition of their content series, turning community storytelling into a tangible asset that felt grounded and distinctive.
